Administrative Assistant: Duties: Provide administrative support to the management, plan and schedule meetings or appointments, organize hard copy and electronic files, conduct legal and marketing research as dictated by management, manage Field Force Manager and company website, create spreadsheets, presentations, documents and reports, etc.
Requirements: 2 years of clerical experience in a construction company, professional verbal and written communication skills, ability to type 50 wpm, excellent telephone skills, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Contract Administrator:
Duties: Assists with contracts and acts as a coordinator between project managers, contractors, and clients. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our contract database, monitoring contract compliance, maintaining records, and acting as a liaison between the company and other contractors.
Requirements: 2 to 5 years of Contract Administrator experience in a construction company; detail oriented and very organized; demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction language; strong negotiation, interpersonal, and computer skills; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Structural Engineer:
Duties: Design structures that will withstand the pressures they have to endure. Develop construction plans, drawings, details and specifications; ensure that structures serve their function without collapsing, bending, twisting or vibrating in undesirable ways; use both of the funds and materials to achieve the structural goals; and procure bids.
Requirements: 5 to 7 years experience in a construction company; BS in Structural or Civil Engineering required (Masters preferred); experience in utilizing structural design software and with current design codes and standards; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and excellent computer skills.
Foundations Project Manager/Estimator:
Duties: Works with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project; ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans; provide overall cost estimating services on new bid/project opportunities; responsible for identifying new project leads, procuring plans and specifications and completing cost estimating efforts associated with the plans and specifications; prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.
Requirements: Minimum 7 years of Project Management/Estimator experience in a foundation drilling construction company; BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering; knowledge and experience of underground utilities and foundation excavating; results-driven professional with excellent communications and organizational skills; and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Pump Truck Driver:
Duties: Operate trucks in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life; operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures; perform daily safety and maintenance checks; clean trucks as scheduled and/or required; ensure trucks and equipment are safely and securely stored; advise management of any requirements for maintenance or repairs; participate in routine maintenance; practice workplace safety; pump septic tanks and leech lines as scheduled; transport and dispose of waste according to set policies and procedures; and maintain daily records of pick-ups and get all customer's signatures
